Ordering products

We aim to provide our customers with personal service and with this in mind here’s how we work:

1. Take a look through our web site or catalogue and decide on the products or services you are interested in.

2. Contact us by email or telephone to discuss your requirements.

3. Once we have your requirements we will be able to confirm the work you want us to perform along with prices and timescales.

4. We always provide proof copies of our work - so that you can preview images and editing, or proof read and approve pedigrees and stationary, for example.

5. When the proofs have been approved we will complete the work and snd you the goods and invoice via Royal Mail.

6. Payment terms are 14 days. As we are a small business we are not set up to process credit card payments.
