a) we retain copyright on all images we create
b) we are happy for our images to be used in handbooks
press etc. so long as a licence for shuch use has been requested and granted and we are properly credited.
c) we may charge a fee for licencing the use of our copyrighted material, depending on the intended use and the type of licence required
2. Copyright of images and other materials supplied by you.
If you supply images for us to scan and work from:
a) we will assume that you own the copyright of those images or materials.
b) if a copyright issue arises as a result of us performing the services that you requested, then liability rests with you.
